Nils van Wees.

Nils van Wees is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with a wealth of experience in fleet management and consultancy. Currently serving as Manager Fleet Management at Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks since March 2018, Nils also co-founded Otobob in August 2016, focusing on innovative car sales. As Managing Director of adView Automotive since November 2014, Nils specializes in outsourced fleet management and HR solutions. Additionally, Nils has held the position of Marktmeester at marktmensen.nl since January 2013 and has a long-standing history with Van Wees Automotive, founded in 1989. Nils' previous experience includes a role as CRM Consultant at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and managerial positions at Van Mossel Groep and other organizations. Nils holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Inholland University and is recognized for leadership in several capacities, including as Chairman of Ouderraad KBS De Notenbalk and Stichting Vrienden van De Notenbalk.
