Tatsuya Kimura

Tatsuya Kimura has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Senior General Manager of the HR Innovation Department at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries since October 2018. Tatsuya has held various managerial roles within the HR Innovation Department and Global HR Department, focusing on talent management and HR transformation. Previously, Tatsuya was General Manager at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Europe, where responsibilities included designing and implementing HR programs for the EMEA region. Tatsuya started at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD. in 1999 as an HR Expert, working on policies for talent management and succession planning, and initially worked in sales and marketing for car air conditioners. Tatsuya holds a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from The University of Tokyo.
