The Company operates in two business divisions. The Writing Material and Writing Material-related Product division is involved in the manufacture and sale of pencils, ballpoint pens, rollerball pens, marking pens, rubbers, office automation (OA) equipment, sharpeners, correction items and cosmetics, among others. The Others division is involved in the adhesive tape and the handicraft product businesses. Its overseas operating locations are in Taiwan, United Kingdom, Australia, Mainland China, Vietnam and Spain. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had 46 subsidiaries and two associated companies.
