Ted Higgins Pe

Ted Higgins, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ted started their career as an Engineer at South Texas Project Nuclear Operating Company in 1991. In 1995, they joined O'Neal, Inc. as a Project Engineer/Project Manager. Higgins then joined Mitsubishi Polyester Film in 1999 and held various roles such as Project Manager, Sales and Marketing Senior Account Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Ted later became the Director of Films Manufacturing and then Vice President of Operations before being promoted to President and COO in October 2018.
