Mary Minter

Mary Minter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Mitsui Bussan Logistics Inc. since October 2020, Mary has a robust background, including owning Rockn' Rick's Gourmet Food Truck, a pioneering entity in the DFW area's gourmet food truck industry from 2011 to 2020.
