Stuart Morkun has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Stuart has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career, working for companies such as Mitsui Fudosan America, City Century, Quattro Realty Group, Opus West Corporation, Koll Development Company, and DMJM.

At Mitsui Fudosan America, Stuart served as the Vice President of Development in Los Angeles, where they established the company's office and led real estate investment and development activities in Southern California.
