Mitsui Home Co., Ltd. is mainly involved in the housing-related business with four business segments. The New Building segment is engaged in the design, construction supervision and contract construction of new building houses based on the two-by-four construction method, as well as real estate dealing and bridge loans for homebuyers. The Reform and Renewal segment is engaged in the renovation construction of residential real estate, and renewal construction of offices and commercial facilities. The Leasing and Management segment is involved in the brokerage and management of residential building for leasing. The Housing-Related Parts and Material Sales segment is engaged in the sale of construction materials and structural materials. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had ten subsidiaries and seven associated companies.
