Taro Iijima is currently the Regional Operating Officer for Greater China Mineral & Metal Resources at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., a position they have held since 2021. Taro also held various managerial roles in finance, coal, iron ore, and commercial divisions throughout their career at Mitsui since 2010. Taro earned a degree in Economics from Keio University and is pursuing the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2024.
