Vivek Sharma

Vivek Sharma is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. for the Agro-Chemical Business Unit since April 2021, Vivek previously held the position of Executive Vice President - HR & Corporate Functions at Fujifilm India Pvt. Ltd. since September 2014, overseeing HR for the company's operations in the Indian Subcontinent. Prior to that, Vivek was the HR Business Partner and Head of HR for the Vegetable Seeds Business at Bayer CropScience, where responsibilities included aligning local HR practices with global policies. Vivek's earlier experience includes serving as Area HR Head at Holcim, where the HR function was established from the ground up, and as Assistant Manager of HR at Barco, focusing on talent acquisition. Vivek holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
