Yusuke Negishi

Yusuke Negishi, Ed.D., currently serves as the General Manager of the HR & General Affairs Department at a global conglomerate, where they focus on human resource management and development. With over a decade of experience in the global energy industry, primarily in coal and LNG, Yusuke has honed expertise in marketing, project management, and finance, with significant networks in Australia, the Middle East, and Japan. Yusuke's earlier roles at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. included Deputy General Manager in thermal coal trading and Business Development Manager for LNG sales to Japanese clients. Yusuke holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Doctor of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
