Gary Ball has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. gary started their career in 1996 at ABTCO, where they were involved in developing the plastics business and handling acquisitions and sales of businesses. From 1998 to 1999, they worked at Louisiana Pacific Corporation as VP Manufacturing, where they were responsible for starting new plants, developing new processes, and improving operations. In 2004, they joined Mitten Inc., where they held the positions of President and later Chairman of the Board. In these roles, they managed all areas of the business, led a strong Leadership Team, and strategically developed people, processes, and business strategies for exceptional bottom-line results.

Gary Ball attended Duke University from 1997 to 1998, where they earned an executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Guelph from 1970 to 1975, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agri-Business.
