Arne Irwin

Arne Irwin, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Arne is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience & Strategic Projects at Miura America Co., Ltd., a position they started in January 2022. In their role, they are responsible for enhancing customer experience and leading strategic initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Arne worked at Zodiac Nautic as the Director of Sales & Marketing from November to December 2021. Arne was accountable for the sales and marketing team, improving sales programs, and implementing strategic pricing to achieve corporate objectives.

Before joining Zodiac Nautic, Arne held multiple positions at Miura America Co., Ltd. Arne served as the Vice President of Strategy from April to November 2021, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans. Earlier, they were the Division Manager for the Steam-as-a-Service division from August 2020 to April 2021.

Arne also gained extensive experience at YANMAR America, where they held various leadership roles. Arne served as the Director of Customer Support, Agriculture and UTV Divisions from April 2019 to July 2020, overseeing profit and loss, product management, sales, and marketing. Arne also led the Customer Support Division, achieving revenue growth and delivering on customer success initiatives. Earlier, they held roles as the Customer Support Division Manager and Business Unit Manager for Energy Systems.

Arne started their professional career at Mercury Marine in 2003, where they held progressive roles over a decade. Arne served as the Director of Strategic OEM Sales, Regional Business Director for the Northeast Region, Director of OEM Sales, and OEM Business Development Manager. Arne played a key role in improving sales, planning results, and managing customer relationships.

Before entering the private sector, Arne served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from August 1989 to July 1995.
