Hikmet Burak Özcan

Hikmet Burak Özcan is a Research Assistant at Izmir Institute of Technology since May 2019, with experience as a Teaching Assistant for Probability and Statistics during the 2021-2022 Spring semester. Additionally, since September 2022, Hikmet serves as a Teaching Assistant at Miuul. In June 2022, participation in the Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp at Veri Bilimi Okulu included training in exploratory data analysis, customer relationship management, customer segmentation, customer lifetime value calculations, measurement problems, A/B testing, recommendation systems, feature engineering, and machine learning. Hikmet Burak Özcan is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Mathematics at Izmir Institute of Technology, having previously earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Dokuz Eylul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Izmir University of Economics.
