Georgine Gaynor

Georgine Gaynor is a Workday Functional Consultant at Mivada since September 2025, previously serving as the Process and Systems Lead for Workday and Avature at Bupa from August 2016 to September 2025. Georgine led end-to-end system projects across core HR platforms, focusing on Recruitment, HCM, Talent, and Performance, while also managing Tier 2 Workday queries and delivering continuous improvement enhancements. Prior experiences include roles as HR Coordinator and Recruiter at Novasyte LLC, and Human Resource Assistant at the Victorian Public Sector Commission. Georgine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management from Monash University.
