Nicola McCloskey

Nicola McCloskey currently serves as Chief People Officer at Mivan Ltd, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nicola was the Human Resources Director at Wrightbus from February 2020 to September 2024. Nicola also held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Inspire Therapeutic & Wellbeing Services from June 2012 to February 2020, and worked as a Human Resources Manager at both Home Insulation Services (UK) and Alpha Environmental from 2010 to 2012 and 2008 to 2010, respectively. Nicola holds a Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies with a specialism in Human Resources Management from Ulster University.
