Simon Hughes is an experienced project director and manager with a strong background in high-end construction and fit-out projects. Currently serving as Project Director at Mivan Ltd, Simon is overseeing the Rosewood Chancery Hotel project in London Mayfair. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager for the ONE Park Hyatt Hotel, Managing Director at HCCS Limited, and various project management positions with Laing O'Rourke, Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, and Mace, among others. Simon has a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a focus on client satisfaction and design development. Educational qualifications include an HND in Building Studies and advanced certifications in Carpentry and Joinery from Hugh Baird College.
