Rüdiger Steinfelder

Rüdiger Steinfelder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rüdiger began their career in 1997 as the Geschäftsführer at Steinfelder Bauelemente, where they worked until 2002. From 2005 to 2011, Steinfelder served as a Referent Supply Chain Management at Alexander Schraudner Montagetechnik GmbH. In 2011, they briefly worked as the Supply Chain Manager (Standortverantwortlicher) at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Steinfelder then joined MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH in 2012, starting as a Strategischer Einkäufer / stellvertretende Einkaufsleitung before being promoted to Leiter Supply Chain Management (BU) / Leiter Auftragszentrum in 2013. Finally, in 2019, they assumed the position of Head of Procurement / Head of Supply Chain Management at MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH.

Rüdiger Steinfelder holds a Master of Arts in Risk- & Compliancemanagement from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology. Rüdiger also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft from Liverpool John Moores University. Additionally, they obtained the degree of Handelsfachwirt (IHK) from the Akademie der IHK Bayreuth. Rüdiger has obtained the certifications of Zertifizierter Projektmanager IPMA Level D from IPMA: International Project Management Association and Qualitätsmanagementfachkraft QMF from TÜV Süd.
