Stephanie McGinty

Stephanie McGinty is a Senior Recruiting Lead at Mix Talent since September 2018. Previously, Stephanie worked as Director Client Services at Ives & Associates from October 2005 to September 2018, and as a Senior Search Consultant at Taylor Search Partners from March 2001 to October 2005. Stephanie also held the role of Division Director at Robert Half International from December 1997 to February 2001. Stephanie holds a MA in Communications from Michigan State University and a BS in Organizational Communications/Business from Ohio University.
