Nicki Gladstone

Nicki Gladstone is the Vice President of New Business Development at Mixdesign. Gladstone has over fifteen years of experience in the casino and gaming industry. Nicki began their career as a Communication Supervisor at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. In this role, they were responsible for managing a department of communication specialists and graphic designers. Nicki also oversaw community relations, employee relations, and environmental relations.

In 2007, Gladstone was promoted to Il Communication Supervisor at Horseshoe Casino in Joliet, Illinois. In this role, they were responsible for creating all back of house communication campaigns. Nicki also served as the primary communication contact for all employees and directed all communication efforts. Additionally, Gladstone oversaw the planning and execution of special events.

Gladstone’s success at Horseshoe Casino led to their being recruited by Brevard County Government in December 2005. In this role, they were responsible for public information. After two years in this role, Gladstone returned to the casino industry when they were hired by mixdesign, inc. as the Vice President of New Business Development.

In their current role, Gladstone is responsible for generating and coordinating content for social media tools. Nicki also addresses complex and sensitive issues in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources and senior management. Additionally, Gladstone evaluates internal marketing and promotions to ensure campaign messages align with brand standards and strategic goals.

Nicki Gladstone has a Masters in Management with a focus in Emergency Management/Crisis Communication from Jacksonville State University. Nicki also has a BA in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Purdue University Northwest.

Nicki Gladstone reports to Michaline Tomich, CEO, Executive Creative Director. Nicki Gladstone works with Pete Gladstone - Technology Coordinator, Lori Gruessing - Education & Content Coordinator, and Brandon Dzunda - Creative Director.
