Melissa Slaughter

Melissa Slaughter is an experienced producer at Pineapple Street Media, where notable projects include Dune: Prophecy and The Official Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon Podcast. Slaughter has also held roles as an associate producer, contributing to award-winning podcasts like Behind The Scenes: Stranger Things 3 and The Chernobyl Podcast. In addition, Slaughter serves as a contributing writer and managing editor at Mixed Asian Media, overseeing a team and producing various articles and interviews. Previous podcast production experience includes work at We're Not All Ninjas, recognized as a top finalist in the WNYC Werk It! Festival. Other roles range from educator and performer in historical narratives to administrative positions across various organizations. Slaughter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Musical Theatre from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
