Dalia Ammar, MBA, SHRM-SCP has over 10 years of Human Resources experience. Dalia began their career in 2009 as an Administration - MD Office at Fujitsu. In 2010, they moved to Telsol - Energya Telecom Solutions - El Sewedy Helal as an HR Specialist. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Energya Power and Telecom Solutions - PTS as a Senior HR Specialist - Recruitment & Development. In 2014, they took on the role of HR Assistant Manager at M2 Developments. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company as a Country HR Manager, responsible for Strategic Planning, HC budgeting, Salary structuring & preparing Monthly dashboard & statistics & HR reporting, Organization Development, Salary Structuring & Career Planning, Performing Manpower plan, Job analysis followed by full Recruitment process, and Training & Development for employees. Most recently, they worked at Mixel, Inc. as both a Senior Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Manager.
