Tso-Shuo Tsao

Tso-Shuo Tsao has worked in the technology industry since 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Engineer at TSMC, where they provided web-based software solutions for internal industry production processing. Tso-Shuo maintained and delivered features including data visualization, mining, and automation support, and helped reduce human intervention and troubleshooting time by 40%. In 2016, they joined MixerBox Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they took on the role of a backend engineer to develop server software and survey / provide solutions to enrich current services or create new ones. Tso-Shuo designed and implemented an API server from scratch to production for mobile applications in Google Play and App Store in one week, involving setting up GraphQL-based NoSQL DB and container orchestration. Most of their work was constructed on AWS, but some projects also used GCP and Azure.

Tso-Shuo Tsao obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2010 and a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the same university in 2012.
