Armen Avakian

Armen Avakian has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of software engineering. Armen currently works as a Software Engineer at Mixmax since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Frontend Developer from 2020 to 2022, where they developed a 2D browser game for Firebolt.io, focusing on frontend development, visuals, physics, and customer communication. Armen also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at iPavlov from 2018 to 2019, where they developed conversational AI services and integrated them into partner companies. Additionally, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer in freelance projects from 2017 to 2018, developing a medical apparel website and a tool for predicting cryptocurrency rates. Armen also served as a C# Programming Teaching Assistant at Higher School of Economics from 2017 to 2018 and was the Head of PHP Department and a Full Stack Engineer at Styleru from 2016 to 2017, where they developed websites for university events and organizations, and supervised web development projects and mentorship.

Armen Avakian completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics at the Higher School of Economics from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Learning Functional Programming with JavaScript ES6+" and "React: Design Patterns" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
