Mixon Management LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) helping federal contractors win more of the right work.
We transform the business development lifecycle with the PITL™ framework: Professional-in-the-Loop. AI handles the volume and administrative load. Seasoned human judgment makes the calls that win contracts. This is not generic automation. It is specialized, orchestrated, human-guided intelligence that accelerates decision-making, strengthens compliance, and protects quality without sacrificing rigor.
The firm pairs two complementary disciplines. Lee Mixon brings 24 years of federal capture and proposal authority: PMP, CF APMP, Shipley BDC, MIT Applied Agentic AI, active DoD SECRET, and a background in Army Aviation. Jessey Mixon brings behavioral science and learning architecture, applying clinical-grade methodology to high-pressure professional environments so teams can actually execute under deadline.
What we do:
Capture strategy and OASIS+ and IDIQ task order readiness
AI-accelerated proposal development built on PITL™
Strategic consulting and capture retainers for firms building a repeatable federal pipeline
Our first book, Winning Proposals with AI, launches June 9, 2026, the first in the AI for GovCon series.
AI drafts. The professional decides.
