Dana Kock

Dana Kock is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical architecture, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Architect at Mixpanel since July 2018. Recognized as the 2023 Customer Success Architect of the Year, Dana previously held various roles at Mixpanel, including Senior Customer Success Architect and Solutions Architect II, the latter of which earned the accolade of 2022 Solutions Architect of the Year. Prior experience includes positions at AppDirect, Vungle, and Eventbrite, showcasing a strong background in managing high-visibility customer relationships and driving issue resolution. Dana holds a degree from the University of San Francisco and has additional educational experience at Iowa State University.
