Michael Shen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Manager at Mixpanel since December 2021, Michael oversees global partner enablement and operations, ensuring partners are equipped to drive business success with the platform. Prior to that, Michael held various roles at HubSpot from February 2017 to November 2021, including Senior Customer Success Manager for the Partner Program, where efforts focused on supporting partners in the APAC region.
