Mike Murray is a Principal Designer at Mixpanel since February 2023, where collaboration with a top-tier Design Team aims to elevate product experiences in a competitive landscape. Previously, Mike held the roles of Strategic Advisor and Head of Product at Shef from November 2020 to April 2023, establishing foundational design and product visions. As the Founder and Designer of Ideate from March 2019 to August 2021, Mike created a unique sketching app for product designers on the iPad. Mike served as Lead Product Designer at Snapchat from September 2014 to August 2018, leading the design and product strategy for Stories and Discover. Earlier experiences include Co-Founder and Designer at AppVenturous, and Lead Software Engineer roles at Snap Inc. and GonnaBe. Mike began a career with internships at Nickelodeon and the National Football League after earning a degree in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame.
