Tatsuya Matsuo

Tatsuya Matsuo currently serves as the Country Lead for Japan at Mixpanel since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tatsuya held the position of Country Manager for Japan and Korea at Yugabyte from December 2021 to September 2025, and earlier as Country Manager for Japan. Tatsuya's experience includes serving as a Senior Sales Manager in the Worldwide Database & Analytics Business Unit at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from October 2019 to November 2021, as well as a Senior Sales Manager at Pivotal Software, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2019, where Pivotal focuses on transforming software development. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive in the Banking Sector at Teradata and as an ISV Partner Alliance Manager at Sun Microsystems. Tatsuya holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Kansai University, completed in March 2001.
