Fady Keliny has worked in the business development and customer service fields since 2016. In 2016, they held an internship as a Customer Service Internship at Credit Agricole Egypt, where they solved and reported customer issues, handled day to day client transactions, and sold and advertised products and services provided by Credit Agricole Bank. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing and Inside Sales at VICERT, where they researched and identified new leads, produced unique social media contents, and coordinated with the creative team to produce new campaigns. In 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at EyeWanderAi. In 2021, they were a Business Development Representative at Ticombo. In 2022, they held the same role at both MixRank and Mattermark, where they helped track tens of millions of apps and millions of companies respectively.
Fady Keliny has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Damanhour University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2019. Fady is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Business at Universität Klagenfurt and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General at Poznan University of Economics and Business, both of which they expect to complete in 2023. Fady has also obtained several certifications, including Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in July 2021, Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in May 2020, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in July 2019, Frictionless Sales Certification from HubSpot in May 2020, Entrepreneurship 4: Financing and Profitability from Coursera in November 2020, Finance for Startups from Coursera in November 2020, and The Language and Tools of Financial Analysis from Coursera in November 2020.
