Sarah Egdal (Hollenhorst)

Sarah Egdal (Hollenhorst) has a strong background in legal counsel, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Sarah began as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 2005 and stayed there until 2007. Sarah then joined Spark Networks, where they held positions such as Corporate Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Special Counsel from 2007 to 2016. Following this, Sarah worked at PuppySpot as a Special Counsel from 2015 to 2018. Their most recent role is as General Counsel at MIXT, starting in October 2018.

Sarah Egdal (Hollenhorst) completed their education with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Sarah pursued a double major in Political Science and Theatre during their time at UC Berkeley from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah Egdal also acquired an additional certification called the "General Counsel Institute: Going Beyond Legal" from Berkeley Law Executive Education. Sarah obtained this certification in April 2023.
