Rachel Katz has extensive work experience in operations management and project management. Rachel has held various roles in different companies, including Mixtiles, Canvas Lab, Current powered by GE, and GE Lighting. Rachel'smost recent position is as a Senior Operations Manager at Mixtiles, where they are responsible for the operations and fulfillment strategy for the easyplant product line. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Canvas Lab, where they managed sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and IT development for the e-commerce startup.

Rachel also has experience at GE Lighting, where they worked in roles such as Lead Project Operations Manager, Lead Project Manager, and Operations Management Leadership Program participant. Rachel'sresponsibilities involved streamlining processes, improving visibility and communication between teams, and overseeing large-scale projects. One notable project they managed was the execution strategy for Lowe's, GE Current's largest turn-key project valued at over $200 million.

Rachel Katz completed their Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Chemical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 2011 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business & Strategy at the EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2020 to 2021.
