Andrew Lum, CPF, currently serves as Demand Planning Manager at Mizkan America since February 2021. Prior experience includes Supply Chain Manager at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, where key contributions involved remapping forecast volumes and developing new S&OP processes, along with a role as Senior Demand Planner at Tyson Foods, enhancing national forecast accuracy. Andrew's extensive background in supply chain management began at PepsiCo, where achievements included creating effective master production schedules and significantly improving customer service levels. Previous roles include Supply Chain Analyst positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where sales increased through strategic forecasting, and a set of internships focused on financial planning and customer sales. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Purdue University.
