Weronika Ridley (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Training and Development Lead and Site Trainer at Mizkan Euro Ltd, where the focus is on Sarsons Vinegar. Additional experience comprises Production Supervisor at Extons Foods Ltd, Zone Manager and SIC Coordinator at Greencore, as well as various positions at Swizzels Matlow Ltd, including Supervisor/Team Leader and Machine Operator. Weronika's earlier role was Night Shift Supervisor at Buxton SPA Bakery. Academic accomplishments include Level 5 qualifications in Organisational Learning and Development and Human Resources Management, alongside a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Counselling and a Foundation degree in Leadership and Management from The Open University.
