Salvador Aristides

Salvador Aristides is currently a Lead Design Engineer at Mizuho America, Inc., a role commenced in January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Engineer at Global Center for Medical Innovation from January 2022 to December 2022, where Salvador participated in the fabrication and quality inspection of over 1,000 components. As an Undergraduate Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology, Salvador contributed to two projects: one involving the transition of a machine learning model for predicting controls in powered prosthetics and the other developing a microfluidic stent delivery device for glaucoma surgery. In addition, Salvador served as a Peer Academic Leader at Miami Dade College, providing tutoring in various subjects. Salvador holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Robotics from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
