Andriy Falenchuk

Andriy Falenchuk has a strong and extensive work experience in the financial and investment industry. Andriy is currently working as the Managing Director - Head of M&A for Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Americas at Mizuho since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director - Head of M&A for Power, Utilities & Infrastructure at BMO Capital Markets from August 2018 to October 2021. Before joining BMO Capital Markets, Andriy worked as the Managing Director - Head of M&A for Power, Utilities & Infrastructure at RBC Capital Markets from November 2011 to August 2018. Andriy also served as an Executive Director at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2008 to November 2011. Andriy's earlier career includes notable roles at Lehman Brothers, where they were a Senior Vice President from September 2004 to September 2008, and a Vice President from March 2000 to August 2004. Andriy began their career at EBRD as a Banker from January 1998 to March 2000.

Andriy Falenchuk obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance from Binghamton University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University from 1990 to 1995, where they focused on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2003, they also earned a CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
