David Ross Cia

David Ross has extensive experience in the field of technology audit and risk management. David Ross CIA, CAMS, began their career in 1996 as a Staff IT Auditor at Mellon Bank NA and then moved on to Arthur Andersen LLP in 1998 as a Senior Risk Consultant. In 2001, they joined Verizon Communications as a Senior IT Auditor/Team Lead. David Ross CIA, CAMS, further advanced their career by becoming an AVP IT Audit at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in 2004. From 2005 to 2018, they held various roles at BNY Mellon and BNY Mellon | Pershing, culminating in their position as Managing Director - Head of Business Technology Audit. Currently, since 2018, they are the Managing Director Head of Operations & Technology Audit at Mizuho. David Ross holds several certifications, including CIA, CAMS, CISA, CISM, CISSP, and Series 7.

David Ross has a Master of Science degree in Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. David Ross CIA, CAMS, also holds a Masters degree in Information Technology Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, completed from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Robert Morris University. David Ross has obtained multiple certifications, including CAMS from ACAMS, CIA from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., CISA and CISM from ISACA, CISSP from (ISC)², and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
