Dexter E. W. Maitland

Dexter E.W. Maitland has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Dexter E. W. currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Guardian Holdings Limited since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director, Head of Power & Advisory, EMEA at Mizuho starting from June 2001. From August 1998 to May 2001, they were an Assistant Manager in Global Project Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Before that, they worked as an Economic Adviser at the Embassy of Japan from June 1992 to August 1996. Dexter E. W. started their career as a Project Officer/Economist at the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in September 1989, where they served until April 1992.

Dexter E. W. Maitland completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, from 1986 to 1989. Dexter E. W. then pursued a Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in International Investment and Finance from the same university between 1989 and 1995. Finally, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School from 1996 to 1998.
