Jessica Gaffney

Jessica Gaffney currently serves as the Managing Director and COO of Human Resources at Mizuho, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at BNP Paribas from August 2013 to January 2018 in the Data Security, Intellectual Property, Technology and Contracts Team, where responsibilities included reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various vendor agreements while providing compliance and legal guidance in the financial services sector. Additionally, Jessica was a secondee from Washton & Gitto LLC to BNP Paribas, contributing to the Dodd-Frank Derivatives Team by developing compliance strategies for over-the-counter derivatives. Jessica Gaffney holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Binghamton University.
