Lionel Teo

Lionel Teo currently serves as the Vice President and Incident Response Lead at Mizuho, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Lionel worked at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) from June 2022 to September 2025 as an Incident Response Principal Analyst and L3 Principal Analyst. At Pfizer, from August 2018 to June 2022, Lionel was the Cyber Intrusion Manager, contributing to the establishment of the follow-the-sun SOC Team in Singapore. From July 2014 to August 2018, Lionel served as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where notable contributions included leading attack analysis and threat hunting initiatives. Beginning with Commerzbank AG from July 2012 to July 2014 as an Application Specialist, Lionel played a key role in developing an efficient case handling system. Prior experience includes serving as Competency Lead at Talense Pte Ltd from January 2010 to June 2012, supporting security operations for NCS Security Operation Center. Lionel holds an educational background from Nanyang Polytechnic, attended from 2004 to 2007.
