Margaret Belluche, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Margaret began their career at Gilford Securities as an HR Assistant from February 1993 to October 1995. Margaret then joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where they worked as a Payroll Administrator from October 1995 to April 1997 and later as an Officer from April 1997 to October 1999. Margaret then moved to Industrial Bank of Japan, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from 1999 to 2002.
In 2002, Margaret joined Mizuho and served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources until 2006. Margaret was then promoted to the role of Vice President, overseeing compensation, HRIS, and payroll management. Margaret held this position until 2014, when they became the Director of Compensation and Reporting. In their most recent role at Mizuho, Margaret worked as the Executive Director - HR COO Business Manager, supporting the HR COO with defining HR service delivery and implementing HR services for a staff population of over 2500.
Throughout their career, Margaret has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including compensation, reporting, market benchmarking, budgeting, audit support, continuity programming, and HRIS. Margaret'sexperience spans across international banks, where they have successfully managed HR activities and supported major U.S. staff populations.
Margaret Belluche, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Economics from SUNY Oneonta. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
