Michal Katz

Michal Katz serves as the Head of Investment and Corporate Banking for Mizuho in the Americas since November 2019, overseeing a diverse range of financial services for corporate and institutional clients. In addition to this role, Katz is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and PTC's Board, previously serving on the Board of Directors for Nuance Communications. Prior experience includes co-heading Global Technology Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, and serving as Managing Director at Barclays and Lehman Brothers, focusing on financial advisory for technology firms. Katz's foundational legal education includes a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University, further complemented by additional training at Stanford Law School's Directors College.
