Prashant Srivastava

Prashant Srivastava, CISSP, currently serves as the Director and Head of Identity and Access Management at Mizuho, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Prashant was the Head of Customer Identity and Access Management at AIG from September 2016 to September 2022 and held the title of Senior Technical Manager at Deutsche Bank from May 2015 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes managerial and consulting positions at Deloitte, where Prashant worked from February 2010 to April 2015, and senior consulting roles at SENA during the Barclays Capital Engagement from 2008 to 2010. Prashant began their career as an Oracle Developer with Royal Bank Of Scotland Group and later served as an Oracle IDM Consultant at Lloyds TSB Bank. Prashant’s foundational experience includes a role as an Engineer Trainee at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed in 2003.
