Amiel M. is a dedicated undergraduate research assistant at San Jose State University since January 2023, involved in fabricating sensors for wearable gloves with haptic feedback technology and maintaining 3D printers. In addition, Amiel has been a sales associate at The Home Depot since April 2020, where tasks include inventory management and training new hires in customer service. As a systems engineering intern at Mizuho OSI starting in June 2023, Amiel is expanding technical skills in a professional setting. Previous experience includes a job shadowing role at CAPSTONE ORTHOPEDIC, INC., focused on patient measurement and prosthetic assembly under expert supervision. Amiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from San Jose State University and graduated with a high school diploma from KIPP King Collegiate High School in May 2020.
