Celia Torres

Celia Torres is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit collections and project controls. Currently serving as a Credit Collections Analyst at Mizuho OSI since June 2018, Celia has previously worked as a Project Controls Analyst contracted to PG&E through Robert Half Finance & Accounting from May 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, Celia spent over two decades at SMART Modular Technologies in various roles, including Internal Auditor for US Sites, Business Development Program Manager, World Wide Training Manager, and World Wide Credit Manager. Celia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1983 and 1987.
