Ian McWilliams

Ian McWilliams is an experienced Field Services Engineer at Mizuho OSI, specializing in the repair and servicing of surgical products since April 2016. Previous roles include Mechanical Technician at Vesticon, focusing on automated medical devices, and Fabricator/Welder at Steelab, creating custom furniture and retail fixtures. Ian also served as Mechanic/Lead Technician at Moto Factory, where expertise in vintage Japanese motorcycle repair was developed. Earlier experience as Manufacturing Manager at Vesticon involved oversight of manufacturing operations, while initial work as a tig welder with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers provided foundational skills. Ian holds an associate degree in Welding Technology/Metal Science and Fine Art from Portland Community College and graduated from Benson Polytechnic High School.
