Terry Johnson

Terry Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Terry began their career with Johnson Controls in 1987 as a Plant Controller, where they led the accounting group. Terry worked in this role until 2000, gaining experience in cost accounting, planning cycles, and variance analysis. From 2000 to 2005, Terry worked at Zomax as a Plant Controller, responsible for managing the accounting department and overseeing various functions including cost accounting.

In 2005, Terry joined Align Technology as a Cost Accounting Manager, where they managed the cost accounting department across multiple sites and was involved in budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes. Terry worked at Align Technology until 2009.

In 2009, Terry joined Mizuho OSI as a Cost Accounting Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, Cost Accounting and Finance. Terry handled cost functions such as new product costing, standard costs, inventory valuations, and variance analysis. In 2012, they became the Director of Finance at Mizuho OSI.
