Kirsten Gibbs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kirsten started as an intern with Marc Jacobs in 2010, followed by internships in public relations with ONE Management and Lucky Magazine in 2011. Kirsten then joined Bloomingdale's in 2012, working in multiple e-commerce merchandise management roles until 2015. Kirsten briefly worked as the E-Commerce Marketing and Merchandising Lead at Kendra Scott in 2017 before being promoted to Director of Customer Marketing and Site Merchandising. Kirsten drove consistent double-digit YoY growth for the email channel at Kendra Scott, optimizing the program with additional messages, strategic calendar placements and send frequency optimization. Kirsten recently started their role as Director of Retention and Loyalty at Mizzen+Main in 2021.

Kirsten Gibbs earned a Bachelor's Degree and Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, from 2009 to 2012.
