Rick comes to MJ Care with over twenty-five years of leadership in the post-acute healthcare field. He has lead organizations in the governmental, not-for-profit and for-profit sectors including behavioral health services, school therapy, long-term care, senior housing and outpatient clinics.

As president of MJ Care, Rick is responsible for the daily operations of the company and guiding the future growth and direction of MJ Care.

Prior to joining MJ Care, Rick was the President and CEO of a national behavioral healthcare organization and CEO of a continuing care retirement community. A licensed nursing home administrator, he holds a bachelor degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
