Ditas Ros Domkowski G.G, CJA has a diverse work experience in the jewelry industry. Ditas Ros began their career in 1989 as a Regional Manager at Zale Jewelers, where they successfully increased the district's sales from $7M to $26M in just two years. Ditas Ros then worked at Service Merchandise as a Store Director from 2002 to 2004. Ditas Ros joined MJ Christensen Jewelers in 1999 as a Director of Operations, responsible for the overall effectiveness and profitability of all departments within a 12-store chain. In 2004, they transitioned to Signet where they served as a Regional Manager, leading a market of 12 stores and promoting several associates to managerial positions. In 2005, they returned to MJ Christensen Diamonds as the Director of Sales and Operations. Throughout their career, Ditas has demonstrated their expertise in sales, operations, team management, and business growth.
