John McGullam

John McGullam is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Project Manager and Resident Engineer at M&J Engineering, P.C. since May 2022, John has held a variety of roles at the NYS Department of Transportation from June 1992 to April 2022, including positions as PE 4, Regional Construction Engineer, and various civil engineering roles leading to project management responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Transportation Construction Inspector and Engineering Aide, demonstrating a comprehensive background in engineering and construction management that spans over three decades.
